Group IT is the new group wide IT organisation including both the Swedish and Baltic IT organisations. Group IT goals are to increase business alignment, improve the deliveries and the availability of our IT functions and services and at the same time improve our efficiency. Group IT is currently in the transformation phase as a part of the Swedbank Change program
User Support Sweden is an important part of Swedbank’s incident- and problem management process, in direct contact with our internal users, level 1 User Support in Stugun, Baltic User Support and internal help desks, via telephone and ITSM 7.
As dispatcher in User Support Sweden your main focus is to receive all incident cases via email or ITSM7, prioritize them, ensure that they contain the correct info needed to solve them and constantly follow incident trends.
In your role as Support Technician you are responsible for solving PC- and application problems within all of Swedbank, from Falun to Shanghai, Skanör to Helsinki, Tallinn to New York.
What is required of you to fit in and flourish as dispatcher in User Support Sweden?
•Good knowledge of ITSM7 and incident flows.
•Understanding the bank’s business and implementing this on the incoming cases.
•Technical competence on the Microsoft platform (XP, Vista, 2003 server, AD).
•An ability to quickly adapt to and learn new products and services.
•Service minded – contribute to Swedbank’s service leadership.
•Enjoy talking to and supporting our colleagues in Swedbank.
•Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
Mandates, duties and responsibilities
•Provide user support for users in contact with User Support Sweden in accordance with OLA, SLA and delivery goals.
•Escalate incidents and problems to higher level help desks,
•Ensure own technical competence and personal development.
•Look for and suggest improvement possibilities.
