We operate in nine countries and we are now building a 50 PEOPLE INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL TEAM. We are looking for digital business professionals with proven track record for multiple roles to lead the digital transformation and make things happen.
The Role
For our Head of Center of Excellence (COE), B2C, role we are looking for a senior digital business leader with proven track record in digital business and ecommerce who is self-guided, highly motivated, flexible and energetic with passion to build excellent ecommerce experiences. The head of COE, B2C, will report to the global ecommerce director. You will be leading the COE, B2C, and driving B2C ecommerce experience in Sweden and for the Nordic countries. This position is based in Stockholm.
You are responsible for communicating the long and short term ecommerce vision and roadmap. You work together with multiple internal and external teams, product owners and stakeholder to get things done. You must also have the ability to think strategically, innovatively and creatively, and have the passion to embrace and drive new ideas in the company. You have experience in operating and leading in an agile development environment and you can deliver consistent cross-product user experience. You can make impossible possible with a positive can-do attitude.
Desired skills and experience
- 8+ years relevant experience in areas of digital business, services, ecommerce, project management, and cross-functional leadership
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical expertise
- Proven track record in ecommerce and digital business
- Proven track record in leading high performing team members, vendors and other stakeholders
- Proven strategic thought leadership and demonstrated experience driving innovation and change
- Experience in agile and project management
- Experience managing a team and driving outstanding performance and employee satisfaction.
- Data, business and customer driven mindset
- Comfortable with technology in order to lead a meaningful dialogue with technology partners
- Ability to succeed in a dynamic and complex environment
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Fluency in English required
