Job description
You will work in a highly motivated team working together with our customers in the Nordic region providing them with communication network solutions and services adapted to their current and future needs. In your role you will be responsible for the design, implementation and support of these solutions. You will also play an important part in the sales- and bidding process where you provide technical sales support. In this position you will interface with our customers, project managers, global support center, R&D and sales teams.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for on-site survey, installation, commissioning and maintenance of switches & routers and other network equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.
• Provide technical solution and hands-on support on switches & routers and other data communication network system.
• Support Presales team on technical issues

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field of study.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Data/IP Network technical support.
• Fresh graduated student with good results are encourage to apply.
• Strong knowledge with the rules and regulations for network safety.
• Strong working knowledge in network design, planning and implementation.
• Familiar with basic knowledge of IP network, network protocols (Layer2 protocol/OSPF/ISIS/BGP etc).
• Knowing some type of data communication network equipment/device or have basic knowledge of operation system, data base, system security.
• Familiar with main stream products and facilities in the market and have in depth exposures in network maintenance and support.
• Those with CCNA or CCNP certificate will have an added advantage.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Proficiency in English language and good writing skills are essential.
• Able to travel overseas for business trip will be an advantage.
• University degree in communication Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Swedish work permit.

Organization
The Datacom engineer will work within the Nordic & Baltic Service organization. The Nordic & Baltic organization is managed from Kista, Sweden. Location of this position in Kista, Sweden. Traveling is seen as a natural part of this position.
