We are offering a challenging position and the opportunity to grow with us.Job descriptionBased in Kista, Sweden this role will be working as Marketing Director, deeply understand the industry and customer, create campaigns and promote products to the Swedish market either together with an Operator, retailer or partner.• Leading the development of the regional marketing strategy by working closely with HQ Marketing Team.• Act as product champion and provide product marketing (upstream) input and support to extended Sales and Marketing organizations.• Provide product training, support and drive growth with existing products, while also helping to drive the identification of future opportunities.• Manage assigned products through the product life-cycle, from concept, through market launch, through phase-out.• Spearhead integrated marketing strategy such as developing and implementing brand awareness, customer acquisition, PR and Channel Marketing plans.• Propose marketing plan and manage the budget.• To work closely with the sales team to understand target markets and customer requirement.QualificationsQualifications we see as important for this position are:• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with a Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing.• Required marketing experience in consumer product especial for handset.• Experience in famous handset manufacturer is preferred.• Must be very well-organized, with the credibility and interpersonal style necessary to coordinate the activities of a team of skilled professionals.• Must be results driven, and focused on outcomes and tangible accomplishments rather than focusing on business processes alone.• Fluent in English and Swedish is a must.OrganizationThe Marketing Manager will work within our terminal product sales team in Sweden and report to the Manager of Terminal Sales Department in Kista Sweden.
