Manager and consultant. An increasing trade with large Swedish companies has created the platform for this new position. In cooperation with the Managing Director of Multi-Support Sweden  you will be in charge of the consulting services activities. You will  play an active role towards the customers and at the same time be  in charge of an offce with two employees.

Through a structuralized and energetic effort it will be your aim  to develop and expand te activities of the consulting services department. The job functions will include: Account management, personnel management, conceptualization, and project management. It is expected that more employees will be employed as activities increase.

A fery soul with experience within consulting services, project management, and personnel management would be a good starting point for this job. Your present position may be within ERP consulting services, waiting for your next step up the career ladder, or you may be an IT personnel manager in a large company. You have a higher education within fnance/commerce, you master English  in writing/speech, and live in the South of Sweden.

Your mindset is both business and solution oriented. You are  enthusiastic when it comes to customer relations and creating value for the customers. You are capable of and also motivated by working at all levels – both strategic, tactical, as well as operational. You have excellent communication skills, and you have the abiliy to build strong relations to both customers, employees, and colleagues. Your work style is characterized by the broad perspective, systematics, and a targeting approach, all of which makes you capable of achieving good results within a deadline.
