IT Manager

Elfa Group is growing rapidly and is characterized by a high rate of development in the IT field. For a newly established position directly under the Group's CIO, we are looking for someone who can take responsibility for continued development and operation of the Group's overall IT infrastructure, which today includes notably Movex, Lotus Notes and Citrix.

An important part of the job is to manage development projects and to streamline our common IT support. An important task is to introduce tools and processes to drive IT projects, and to develop employee's ability to enforce them. It's about attention to needs, initera improvements and to establish effective procedures to operate, communicate and document IT projects. To help you have a handful of employees with responsibility for operations, maintenance and development.

Elfa is a growing and dynamic organization that offers both men women good development. You have solid experience of managing IT projects and is ready to assume a senior staff responsibilities. A good command of English is essential.
