IT professionals
IT function is Lansforsakringar Kalmar internal supplier of development, operation and management of IT. We expect you to have relevant technical qualifications and proven expertise in Microsoft environments such as MS Server, XP, Sharepoint and Active Directory.
You have a relevant education in IT or a longer-term experience as an IT technician.
Tasks
IT platform consists of Microsoft-related products, Telephony Platform, VM Ware and proprietary systems. As an IT professional with us, you will work with both servers and desktop computers. We also work with other regional insurance companies in IT and with our service Lansforsakringar AB.
The work includes, among other things:
- Operation and maintenance of our IT environment
- Installation and configuration of servers / workstations
- Solving problems in both hardware and software
- Software installations
- User Support
- Contribute with expertise in joint projects in Länsförsäkringsgruppen.
Personal characteristics
To succeed in the role you are service oriented and enjoy providing good service to solve everyday problems in IT. We encourage you to have an educational character and you find it easy to communicate with people when the work involves support to our users.
You are responsible, have a good sense of order, high level of initiative and a willingness to develop in your area.
