The Butler Hill Group (www.butlerhill.com) is a multinational company, based in the United States, and working in 50 languages worldwide. We are currently expanding a web relevance project to additional countries and seek Data Annotators or web relevance judges in Sweden. The position requires 4 hours of work per day, Monday through Friday, but is flexible regarding hours and location (annotators work remotely from their personal computers). Extraordinary web relevance judges are promoted to country leads and can rise to full-time Program Management Coordinators.
Candidates must be native or near-native speakers of Swedish (non-native speakers must have spent the majority of their life in the Sweden), fluent in English and living in the Sweden. They must be able to work remotely from their personal computer (high-speed DSL or cable, recent version of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office proficiency required). This is a free-lance, temporary contracted position reviewing and evaluating online search results. Candidates need a background or interest in Internet research/technology, fact-checking and/or communications. Candidates must have been enrolled in a college/university program for at least one year (strong, relevant experience may be substituted for college/university background).
