Responsibilities:
Responsible for test improvement using Fault Slip Through theory.
According to test improvement requirement:
- Guide R&D organization to use Fault Slip Through (FST)
- Help R&D to find the area to be improved
- Work with test team to practice the improvement
Qualifications;
- More than 10 years direct experience with a proven track record within a well-known international telecommunication equipment vendor.
-Rich experience in test improvement.
- Deep understanding FST theory and has practice in using FSTE
Education;
Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics
Other;
- We expect that you can work independently as well as in a team
- You have a high focus on delivering high quality work
- You have a strong feeling and interest for development and to share your experiences with others in your team.
-Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred
- Excellent cooperation skills with a wide variety of people, including but not limited to, engineering, marketing, R&D and standardization).
- You are a person that welcomes challenges.
- Good oral and written communication skills
-Fluent in English.
Business trips;
The close cooperation with HQ may require travelling to China
