We are looking for a motivated Process Expert IT, Logistics to join the IT Change Management team with preferred location at Papyrus Network in Mölndal. IT Change Management constitutes an important bridge between business and IT and acts as support to the global business process owners in executing the global template strategy and driving for “One Papyrus”. The work is divided into process areas; Sales, Logistics, Marketing and Supply, FICO and HR.

Logistics is a core area for Papyrus with the ambition to be the leading paper, facility supplies and packaging merchant in Europe. Business is characterised by a large number of transactions where streamlined and efficient processes play an important role for the overall efficiency. The assignment is to further develop our global template based on SAP and to gradually harmonise the logistic processes within the Papyrus Group.

Within the process area Logistics, you will work in close cooperation with the Local key users, Process Manager IT and the SAP development team. You will provide the teams with ‘hands-on’ knowledge from the process area logistics. Key tasks are within documentation of the processes and global template, business oriented system testing, and training of key users.

Further tasks include providing support to key-users and process owners in the organisation in questions related to logistics processes and usage of the systems through the incident and request management processes, analysing incoming change requests, and support in identifying and translating business demand into high quality IT-solutions

You are a person with solid business background from logistics operations industry combined with experience from IT. Experience from using SAP is a prerequisite. You have an interest and understanding of the connection between processes and usage of IT-systems were skills in areas like inventory, warehouse and distribution management are in focus. It is important that you are a team player and a good communicator, in order to bring in business knowledge to the IT team.

Your work tasks

• Update and maintain the global template documentation (GTD)
• Testing of SAP functions in ERP and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• Leading/supporting training sessions for local key users in Logistics with the purpose of establishing best practice processes in Papyrus
• Support demand and opportunity identification for IT support and services
• Analysis of business needs and change requests
• Support in Data validation in implementation projects

Your profile

• Solid business background from logistic operations
• Excellent command of SAP
• Ability to develop & lead trainings and workshops
• Experience of business oriented testing of processes and system solutions
• Experience of template & process documentation
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Good communication skills in written and verbal English
• Previous experience from change initiatives in an international environment
