Sitecore is expanding its business in Sweden and are looking for a highly motivated, ROI-driven Marketing and Lead Generation producer to grow our marketing operations for the Swedish market. Our Swedish headquarters is located in Stockholm, Kista, and our global headquarters are in Copenhagen, Denmark and San Francisco, USA. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and talented individual to achieve success at an established, profitable and rapidly growing global software company.This position requires B2B marketing experience with a strong understanding of online marketing, partner channel marketing and lead generation for our regional sales team. Marketing experience in software is a strong plus. You will be reporting to the Regional Leader, with a dotted line to the CMO of Marketing of Sitecore Corporation. Responsibilities include: • Developing a marketing plan to support Regional marketing strategies• Implementing lead generation strategies through events, partner and online channels• Webinars – implement webinars including planning and communicating that schedule, coordinating with graphic artists to create ads, coordinating email blasts and banner placement, setting up landing pages, custom reminder emails and assisting with the operational aspects of the webinar• Online Ads – Research, analyze and operate online advertising relationships for lead generation based on offers including white papers, webinars, etc. • Trade show event planning, graphics coordination with creative resources, logistics, sales coordination and lead importation and email follow up• Online Community advocacy, including coordinating with the local and corporate marketing team  for maximum exposure through blogs, twitter, facebook, YouTube, etc.• Looking for new lead generation opportunities and continuously measuring the ROI of existing channels• Working closely with corporate marketing to leverage online marketing and PR resources for the Swedish market• CRM – work with Microsoft CRM to import leads, create marketing reports from CRM• Tracking and reports – track and report on lead generation initiatives compared to actual closed revenue.
