We are looking for a self-motivated business solutions developer to join our dedicated service team based in Bjuv, located just outside of Helsingborg, Sweden. Are you looking for an exciting and varied role with the opportunity to shape both business and your own personal development?

Job description

As a business solutions developer, you will play an important part in developing, implementing and maintaining our digital solutions, systems and processes, as well as monitoring technical performance. You will provide support and recommendations for our products and deliver digital training to personnel within the organization. Working closely with both the service and sales teams, you will provide support in developing service agreements, pricing tools and digital solutions.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Developing pricing tools using Configure Price Quote (CPQ) software, in collaboration with Enterprize Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, namely Sovelia, Lime and Salesforce

  • Developing service agreements using an industrial internet of things (IIoT) system

  • Streamlining and managing processes for producing service agreements

  • Product life cycle costing (LCC) analysis

  • Managing and developing digital solutions projects

  • Contributing to sales processes and driving sales for maintenance and service agreements 

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient person who is able to respond to pressure and overcome challenges. You should be focused on delivering high-quality work, and are goal-oriented, with the ability to communicate and present complex information in a clear way.

You should be comfortable working as part of a team as well as independently.

This position requires close contact and cooperation with personnel throughout the organization, therefore, you must be able to communicate successfully with colleagues from other departments, and ensure effective stakeholder engagement throughout projects.

Qualifications & experience

You should have an educational background in engineering at university level, or equivalent professional experience, and ideally knowledge and/or experience in pricing and contract processing.

Ideally, you should be familiar with IoT technologies and solutions within an industry setting. Experience in business process digitization is advantageous. To succeed in this role, you should be fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
