Job Overview

Develop the Consumptional business / Cloud Marketplace business area through business development, innovation and advisory services towards new and existing major customers. Close cooperation with ALSO's Pre-Sales team and Account Managers for better delivery. 


  • Support the Go To Market plan for Microsoft CSP and Vertical Cloud (Skykick, Mimecast, Awingu, Kaspersky, Symantec, Teamviewer etc.) with a focus on showing retailers the market potential for developing solutions based on new services and IT infrastructure.

  • Follow-up on pipeline in close cooperation with sales

  • Drive and Obtain new potential vendors

  • Responsible for achieving goals and KPIs on Cloud

  • Maintain “knowledge data base” in the channel with focus on ACMP (Also Cloud Market Place) producers in collaboration with Cloud Marketing Manager and Marketing

  • Increase Sales of Services on ALSO Cloud Marketplace

  • Onboarding of new vendors

Qualifications, Skills and Competences

To succeed in the role as Cloud business developer/Specialist, it is crucial that you as a person are good at communicating, have talent for creating and strengthening relationships and meet people at the same eye level.

  • Are curious and determined to make a difference in the Swedish IT Market

  • You have a winning personality and a positive approach to customers and colleagues

  • You have 3-5 years of experience either within solution sales from e.g the IT or Telcom industry

  • You are creative, visionary and strong in your communication both verbally and in writing - both in Swedish and English

  • Knowledge of Microsoft products is an advantage, but not a requirement

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in the Swedish language as well as good listening and strong presentation skills

  • Strong communicator, good presentation technique and not afraid to challenge in a factual and positive way

  • Structured, creative, focusing on sales initiatives

  • Flexible, result-oriented and positive team player

  • Familiar with the terms and business models and expectations of PaaS, DaaS, SaaS
