Customer Support - Finnish, Swedish and English
We are looking for consultant to work with Customer Relations at our customer’s organization. In this assignment you will communicate with consumers in Finnish, Swedish and English based on their need via chat, phone, email and social media to understand their inquiry and communicate a viable solution with a high service level. You will also have administration task connected for customer handling process.
Areas you will be working with:
Leads - Manage lead generation, delegation and follow-up of leads to ensure that they are being utilized effectively. Take a proactive role in converting consumer leads to sales.
Feedback – Take ownership, prioritizing and escalating our customers' feedback and feature requests to the relevant internal teams.
Continuous improvements of processes and tools - Continuously and actively identify, propose and drive activities with other stakeholders within and outside the department to further improve quality and efficiency in processes and how the Company are communicating with consumers
The right person for this assignment has a genuine interest in providing professional customer service and is motivated in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You need to be adaptable and good at managing your work to meet deadlines. Since the majority of your time is spent interacting with consumers you need to have excellent oral and written communication skills in Norweigan and English and be a great listener.
