Desktop Delivery & Operations Team leader to Epiroc IT
Epiroc IT are currently seeking a driven individual with a can-do attitude to be part of our Epiroc IT organization. You will be part of a team responsible to deliver operations in the Desktop platforms used by Epiroc.
As Desktop Delivery & Operations Team leader you are in charge to Operate and to Deliver world-class services to the Business that are geographically spread over the world. As Desktop Delivery & Operations Team leader you will work both tactical and operative. To be successful in this role you must be strong people manager with experience of global cross-teams cooperation, take ownership comes natural for you, you are driven to deliver operations excellence and take pride to help other part of the organization. Operations are delivered both via internal resources and sourced services. You will be responsible to drive and develop the Desktop operations. Atomization is the key. Desktop portfolio currently contains platforms for Desktop management, Client devices, Mobile devices, Remote control, OS Images, Backup, Encryption, Protection, Citrix and VDI.
+ Establish positive and supporting attitude within the Desktop Area + Identify Desktop requirements from Business + Optimize or change existing solution(s) in line with Epiroc IT strategy and security policy + Operate: - Global virtual team - Support organization, processes, routines, tools and agreements to ensure operations in all regions – One way of working - Organize a support team prepared to take global action on short notice - Device Management strategy and maintenance - Organize and assist in troubleshooting and other operational activities + Tools and processes to manage operations including data shall be common and owned by Epiroc IT + Take active part in Change project(s) + Limit number of manual processes and routines in favor of automatization or self-service + Keep it simple attitude (all aspects, like HW, platform and support processes + Ensure global adoption of routines and guidelines + Always have data security in mind Work close with projects, programs, customers, vendors and resources across all levels of the organization. +IT services efficiency and end-user experience
+ Teamleader of virtual teams + Experience from large change projects + Minimum 5 year experience from Information Technology + Minimum 5 year experience as Teamleader in a global IT organization + Minimum 5 year experience from IT operations (scripting, Software repackaging, Citrix, Terminal services, Altiris, SCCM, etc) + Excellent understanding of IT technical components and processes + Working with a multinational organization + Business processes understanding + Well organized and able to operate independently in line with guidelines Knowledge / Educational requirements Requirements + University degree in relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English + Passionate about your field of expertise and your customers Benefit + ITIL Certificate + Project and Change Management + Altiris/SSCM, Citrix/VDI, SEP, Bitlocker, Bomgar, Canopy, Intune/Airwatch + PM3

We also expect you to be well structured, service minded and adaptable to change. You should also have good analytical skills.
