To support our continuous growth, we are replacing and modernizing several critical IT platforms and we are restructuring our global IT department to become more agile. In this transformation, a new position has surfaced.
Planning for the future
When you enter the IT Group Solutions team, 6 colleagues are welcoming you as part of a team, that makes the entire company tick. In this team, you will work closely with two other IT QA and Compliance specialists.
“This is where we ensure our systems portfolio is compliant and stays compliant by providing deep knowledge of IT system validation throughout the tech stack – but also contributes and handles internal audits and various quality related activities” says Head of Group Solutions, Henrik S. Lawætz
You will enter multiple IT Projects, where you are responsible for ensuring the IT solutions live up to regulatory requirements. You will do so by working closely with both IT and the Line of Business.
Besides that, you:
Produce and maintain validation plans
Ensure compliance with Group IT procedures for computer system validation
Identify functionality that supports regulatory critical business processes
Facilitate and provide guidance during testing
Assist IT process owners in creating and updating SOPs/procedures
You navigate tests and people alike
For you, validating is more than overview, thorough planning, and technical knowledge. You know how to make others see the importance of what you are doing. Call it diplomacy, or even political clout – you know how to be seen and heard.
Furthermore, you have:
Experience with test and validation – preferably including experience with larger programs
Substantial knowledge of quality assurance within the life science industry
Fluency in English (and Danish is preferred, but not required)
