IT Service Desk Coordinator – Vattenfall IT
The IT Service Desk is part of Client and Service within Vattenfall IT. The IT Service Desk is divided into Front Office and IT Ticket Desk (first-line support), Back Office, User Administration AD and SAP (second-line support). The Service Desk is single point of contact for all incoming tickets (incidents and service requests). The employees within the IT Service Desk are also involved within supporting activities (Knowledge Management, Harmonization Process, User Guides, Quality Improvement Program etc.).
For the Service Desk in Sweden we are now looking for a new IT Service Desk Coordinator colleague, to join the team in Solna.
Your main responsibilities
•Cooperate with other Service Desks regions and IT teams for information sharing and support.
•Cooperate with Service Desk functional managers and coordinators to ensure the quality of Service Desk delivery.
•Lead local weekly meetings.
•Set and maintain work schedule times.
•Ensure that resources are working according to defined processes.
•Ensure that tools are used in a correct way.
•Ensure efficient staffing of the Service Desk to handle the incoming workload (calls and tickets).
•Realize cost-efficient and effective operational results according to quality standard and specifications.
•Participate in international Service Desk setup and support Service Desk strategic objections and group goals.
•Participation within knowledge management, Quality Improvement Program, harmonization process, user guides and other initiatives.
•Experience as IT technician within client environment.
•Minimum of 3 years management experience (e.g. as a project manager, team leader/coordinator)
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in people development through support and coaching.
•Certified Microsoft Windows Desktop Support and Microsoft Office Support
•Good knowledge within Active Directory.
•ITIL working processor .
•Swedish & English – fluent in writing and speaking
•Excellent people management skills.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Independent and solution oriented working style, pro-active behaviour and structured way of working
•Highly developed cooperative ability
