We are now looking for an IT Specialist - Monitoring Operator in Gliwice.
What will you do?
Handle variety of requests/events related to incidents occurring in IT environment
Perform operations and health-checks that are based on well-documented procedures
Work with cutting-edge and well renowned monitoring tools
Provide assistance with generating various reports from infrastructure devices
Cooperation with first line of support (ServiceDesk) and third line of support to ensure fast and effective issue/incident resolution.
Analyse and remotely resolve incidents
Identify, diagnose and resolve problems together with other support teams
Participate in projects
Follow the implemented processes (ITIL)
Contribute to continuous improvement of our daily work and processes
You as an IT Specialist have a thorough understanding of IT related issues, but you are also able to troubleshoot issues together with client development, network, datacentre or application teams.
Next to this you bring:
Basic understanding of network, servers and application environments
ITIL v3 Foundation certified is a plus or experience in working with ITIL processes
Very good command of English
Pro-active behaviour, take initiatives to improve our daily work
Willingness to travel internationally
Readiness for a shift work (including weekends/holidays)
