Nordics IT Lead & onsite-support technician to our customer in Stockholm

We are looking for a 1st and 2nd line support technician for a full-time employment (starting with 6 months probationary period) to our customer in Stockholm. The position will involve some managerial responsibility and planning for upcoming projects. The start is immediately with respect for other commitments. If you have a few years of experience working onsite with IT support and want to develop your knowledge, and also have an interest in getting additional responsibility for other technicians and projects this role may suit you great!

Some of the tasks as Nordics IT Lead & support technician include:

- Hands on IT-support onsite and remote

- Installation and troubleshooting of software

- Troubleshooting and support in Windows 10 & Office 365

- Manage incoming cases from users

- Receive, manage, refuel and send out IT equipment

- Make decisions for the IT organization in the Nordic region and coordinate a larger project for the Nordic IT department

In order to succeed in the role, it is important that you have a great will and a strong interest in providing good service to the different users and that you are interested in leading people and being responsible for overall IT projects. There can be several different contact areas that need technical support and you will be their go-to-person.

We would like you to be:

- Someone who has worked for a number of years as an onsite/support technician and feels safe in that role

- Driven & Engaged in your work

- Communicative & Responsive

- Careful & efficient in your way of working

- Someone who has extensive experience and understanding of Windows 10 and Office 365

- Service minded

- Fluent in English as this is the cooperative language
