Your future mission at Atlas Copco
To secure that Atlas Copco Industrial Technique Business Area (ITBA) has an industry leading CEM solution delivering consistent data, and thereby excellent customer experience, we are now hiring a Product Owner CEM (Customer Experience Management). You will help us to reduce internal administration to run the surveys and analyze their results. You will also participate in driving the digital transformation of Atlas Copco Industrial Technique Business Area.
In collaboration with the CEM/Falcon development team, consisting of internal and external resources, you will secure effective and efficient development of a state of art future proof system. It will be on your table to ensure and align consistency and quality of data both in internal and external channels and manage ITBA CEM program as a whole.
You will also:
• Create and maintain overall plan for CEM within ITBA
• Act as primary point of contact for CEM / Falcon team
• Maintain ITBA-specific stakeholder directory and communications
• Monitor and analyze CEM results for ITBA on BA / Divisional levels
• Develop requirements backlog for ITBA (based on inputs from CCs)
• Support in development initiatives (e.g., new survey types, integrations etc.)
• Resolve issues related to the program as they arise
• Support and coordinate with ITBA CCs
• Guide onboarding and implementation (e.g., related to data governance)
• Support and / or add to trainings, demos, and other enablement activities from the
• CEM team of CC staff and divisional management (if needed)
• Provide ad-hoc support for CC champions (e.g., on best practices)
What we expect from you
Strong analytical skills to understand the customer journeys and business needs
At least 5 years of experience from working within Atlas Copco companies or similar industrial engineering companies
Proven record of experience with dealing with internal and external stakeholder of different levels in large organizations
Having a strong understanding of modern technology enabling world-class digital customer experience
Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively in projects running in parallel. Flexibility to adopt and iterate strategies quickly based on changes on the market.
Team leadership and coordination skills: clear communication of targets and prioritization of tasks
Knowledge of best practices related to customer satisfaction is a plus
Creative, pragmatic, and eager to learn
Having a professional approach on team collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
