At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, 25 innovative colleagues await you in our Digital Commercial Platforms team, a part of our Group IT. You will report to Manager Digital Commercial Platforms, Hearing Charlotte Brøbeck.
Collaboration and teamwork are key when we make the global GN enterprise sound just right. We manage this by architecting, developing, configurating, maintaining and supporting our many commercial platforms such as: Salesforce and D365 Sales/CRM, Pardot, Fielo, Power Apps, Optimove, Outreach, SAP CPQ, various Partner portals and more.
What will be your responsibility?
As our new Scrum Master & Digital Business Analyst, you will facilitate and build an agile environment for our Salesforce CRM team. Your aim is to ensure that they have the right conditions for delivering continuous value according to their sprint goal commitments towards our agile release process.
You will facilitate daily self-organization to ensure that we have the right sense of ownership, resources, and competences to achieve our goals. Specifically, you will ensure project traction and execution by:
Facilitating Scrum events to constantly improve the way we work
Communicating with team members, product owners, and external partners to make sure everyone is up to date and working in the right direction
Making sure the team has the necessary capacities and tools and helping remove any obstacles to the team’s progress
Ensuring delivery according to set deadlines, budgets, quality standards, etc. at the end of each sprint
Guiding and coaching throughout sprints, facilitating discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution along the way
Creating dashboards and reporting KPI’s to management on a regular basis
Cooperating with product owners and other Scrum Masters
Assisting the product owners to prioritize the product backlog and to understand and practice agility
Make sure we succeed in our ongoing agile transformation
As a Digital Business Analyst your tasks will be but not limited to:
Translate and refine business requirements and hand projects over to our developers
Drive the commercial development alongside your team
Contribute to deliver the best user experience to support the business needs
Deliver great solutions according to our road map

Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll need to succeed
We imagine that your technical software knowledge and keen interest hereof is complimented by your ability to make complexity understandable to business executives and support consultants. You are creative, curious and can collaborate across the organization. In addition, we expect that you have:
An educational background at a bachelor-, or master level or equivalent
You understand the drivers behind agile and have experience working as a Scrum Master so you can optimize how we work and deliver high quality solutions
You have people skills and can coach and motivate the Scrum team to deliver their best
You have a solid understanding of UX principles and business needs and can translate business level requirements into user stories that are easy for developers to deliver against
You are structured, can keep a high-level overview but still have an eye for details
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system will be a plus but not required
You speak and write English effortlessly, enabling you to join a true international organization
