Staff Functions HR is looking for a Senior Expert HR Master Data & IT Systems to our team with location in either Stockholm, Amsterdam, Hamburg or Berlin.
The Senior Expert HR Master Data Management will partner with HR Business Partners and Managers to ensure that Employee Master Data and Organizational Structures are kept available in HR MDM Systems according to business requirements. The Expert works across functions, business units and countries and continuously supports the team to enhance data quality, in particular by ensuring processes are harmonized, documented and followed and data standards defined in the HR MDM design are adhered to. In collaboration with service units, group audit, IT application teams, HR Business Partners and the business, the role particularly ensures that business requirements are reflected in HR IT solutions and data flows enable and support efficient and modern ways of working for all stakeholders, resolve business problems and support upcoming opportunities. You will report to the Head of Master Data & IT Systems.
The Staff Function HR strives to add significant value to the business, supporting Vattenfall’s strategy by developing people to develop our business. SF HR also aim to further develop their processes so that managers are able to use their time efficiently and effectively when working with HR related tasks.

Governance & Metrics is responsible for the development of our People and HR IT strategies as well HR analytics, governance and compliance. By improving the efficiency of the organisation, the department contributes significantly to the ongoing transformation of HR in Vattenfall.

Your responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and maintain the new master and organizational data management, under consideration of HR governance framework conditions, processes and related IT systems.

• Optimize data quality by delivering best practice methods and services in HR master data for more than 20,000 employees.

• Provide HR service operations with a centralized master & organizational data management.

• Develop and implement KPI metrics for the HR Master Data management to measure service and data quality.

• Manage the HR Master Data integrations towards other functions / systems in close cooperation with Staff Function IT.

• Ensure compliance in all global master data related topics.

• Manage all interfaces to HR service providers and Staff Function IT.

• Drive continuous process improvement and standardization
Your skills:
• Relevant university degree or equivalent education in (business) engineering, economics or IT.

• Excellent project management skills and extensive experience (at least 5-7 years) in managing complex international projects.

• Sound experience in setting up and running operations of a global Master Data Management & Organisational Management system preferable in an HR service function.

• Very good knowledge of global and local HR business processes and understanding of underlying HR data flows and related IT systems.

• Familiarity with common HR IT solutions such as SAP and SuccessFactors and their related interfaces especially in payroll and time.

• High customer orientation and advisory attitude.

• Stakeholder management skills combined with the ability to build up strong relationships with senior leaders.

• High level of assertiveness and drive combined with professional conflict management skills.

• Work experience in an international environment.

• Business fluency in English
