Senior first line support for Tavana IT - Malmö

This role as a support technician gives you a broad and valuable foundation in IT and a good start to develop within the industry. You will be stationed at one of our clients in central Malmö, where you will work in a large corporate environment with speed and lots of development/career opportunities. TASKS
- Solve incoming tickets through our Jira Service Desk independent and in a professional way. Tickets included everything from a password reset til a computer repair.
- Provide on site support and troubleshooting within Windows clients, hardware & software.
- Upgrade and rebuild Windows clients when needed.
- Execute the onboarding & offboarding, including setting up PCs and user accounts for new hires.
- Managing procurement for the Malmö location.
- Create documentation of your solutions in our internal database.
- Maintain meeting rooms and making sure they’re running as intended and providing a smooth user experience.
- Handle purchases of hardware and software as well as license management.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- We prefer that you have 2+ years of IT experience, a plus if it’s prior experience of working in a Game Development Studio.
- Previous experience working with Active Directory & Google Workspace.
- Passionate about technology and gaming and have an interest in what’s happening on
the market.

WHO YOU ARE
- Fluent in English, the company language, both written and verbal communication. Swedish is a plus but not a must.
- Positive, engaged and down to earth.
- A team player and able to work constructively across functions.
- A pragmatic, unpretentious problem solver with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and find your own solutions and create documentation to share the knowledge you have gained.
- Capable of finding solutions to new problems and solve them quick, independently and efficiently

INFORMATION
Location: Malmö

Position: Full-time 100%

Salary: Based on agreement
