Senior Technical Engineer (TAM)

As a Senior Technical Engineer with TAM (Technical Account Manager) responsibility you will be part of one of our Service Delivery teams. The Service Delivery teams are phenomenal at helping our customers to solve problems they did not even know they had. The teams work dedicated towards their specific customers and ensure that the total delivery meets the customers’ needs at all times. Their goal is to provide our customers with secure and stable IT operations while simultaneously working proactively to further develop the platforms. They deliver daily support and take care of service requirements, changes, incidents, and problem solving as well as installations, configurations, monitoring and overall maintenance. Here you have the freedom to use your skills and knowledge to find the right solutions for the customers.
As a Senior Technical Engineer with TAM responsibilities, you will be the key point of contact for customers and have an overall overview of them and their ongoing cases. You will coordinate and follow up the team and help and the Service Manager to ensure that we deliver according to the SLA agreement and continuously work on improvements.
For this position you need to have:
At least 3 years' relevant working experience in a Service Delivery environment, preferably from hosting large/complex systems
Experience working with incidents, change management and independent problem solving
Very good knowledge of Linux OS (RHEL/RHEL8, Apache)
Have knowledge and understanding of different technologies that are used in business-critical solutions (Network, Storage, Virtualization, Database etc)
Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Its advantageous if you:
Have knowledge or experience of cloud (AWS)
Have experience from working in a PCI-DSS environment
We will screen applications on an ongoing basis, with the aim of conducting conversations and meetings as we receive the applications.
