Site Support Technician

Short description of the product area and team

  • The Site & Field support team is a team of 2 people who works with 2nd line on-site support close to our IT Helpdesk and other departments.

Work tasks

  • Perform standard on-site work tasks

  • Help users with hardware and software questions 

  • Install and configuring computers and other equipment

  • Technical support for end users

  • Replacing end of life equipment

  • Communicate problems and issues

    Mandatory requirements, both competence and tools:

  • General IT knowledge

  •  Administrative skills

  • Service minded

  • Social skills

  • Good knowledge of windows 10

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office 365

  • Driving license (B)

Qualifying requirements:

  • macOS

  • Active Directory and computers

  • Software center & SCCM

  • iOS and Android

  • Basic network knowledge

Personal Competences

  • Ability to understand and analyse complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications

  • Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors

  • Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments

Language skills – Which language is required and

  • Fluent in Swedish

  • Good English
