Trusted Business Advisor internally and externally
As our Solution Architect, you will, act as a trusted business partner with a high degree of internal-, and external exposure. Internally you will collaborate with stakeholders such as, sales, business development, service teams, product management and marketing. Externally, you will collaborate with our external business partners and customers.
You will work at the intersection of technology, sales, and product management, whereby you have a broad area of responsibilities that are technical-, commercial-, and analytical. You will continuously work with how to improve our user experiences, sales efforts and relationships with your specific customers and business partners.
We expect that you can deliver excellent customer support, have strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated passion to help-, educate-, and support our customers in their VC and UC projects.
You are also able to listen to our customers, challenge constructively and make appropriate recommendations for, how together we can continuously improve and do better.
Your will have a broad range of responsibilities, where you in particularly will collaborate closely with the Jabra sales and business development teams in delivering product demonstrations, hosting seminars, attending trade exhibitions, networking with clients, and conducting research to increase your knowledge of technical products and providing training of staff.
Specifically, your primary areas responsibilities will be:
Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales pipeline
Effectively build influential partnering relationships up, down, and across the organization
Meet with existing and potential customers, presenting and demonstrating products, promoting product features, determining which products meet the customer requirements, detailing integration, and deployment processes
Provides pre- and post-sales support for customers. Discusses and troubleshoots any problems with a recently purchased product, makes minor adjustments or setup fixes, and logs issues to be discussed with the Jabra support, product management and R&D team
Creating, communicating, and presenting different business-, sales-, and technical reports and analysis and recommending options and course of actions to take – for example regarding sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information, engineering, and application trends
Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products
Writing reports and liaising with the product management & service and support team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.
Keeping up to date with market-, and industry trends and new product launches by attending conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops
Solution Architect with excellent stakeholder management skills
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are a self-starter, detail-orientated, possess superb networking-, analytical-, and communication abilities. You are also a multitasker, a great active listener and possesses patience and confidence.
Since your will have a broad range of responsibilities, it is also essential that you are curious, have a can-do attitude and willing to work with other duties than those mentioned. We also expect you to have:
8 years of relevant IT operations-, and management experience, preferably from a similar position in the consumer electronics industry
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is preferred, but not a prerequisite
Extensive Experience in architecting, design and delivering unified communication solutions on Skype for Business/Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google and standards-based audio and video conferencing platforms
Experience with computer hardware, networking, storage, and electrical systems
Understand Unified communication Cloud Management and provisioning and analytics
Strong knowledge and understanding of Support processes and customer management during the support process, working closely with JSS
Hands on capability to verify, test or recreate issues experiences by customer through solution setup
Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members
