Shape your own role
In this role, as our new Strategy Manager, you will be a trusted advisor for the top management when it comes to setting the direction of GN Audios strategy and when it comes to the coordination and tracking of current projects and initiatives.

The role is based at the headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, and you will report to the Head of Strategy, Rasmus Ericsson who is part of the global management team and who reports to the CEO of GN Store Nord and GN Audio, René Svendsen-Tune.
There will be a very high degree of interaction with the senior management team in this role.
What will you be doing?
Developing and implementing GN Audio’s corporate strategy
Driving & supporting strategic projects across the business
Ongoing progress reporting on strategy to the board and executive management team
M&A support in both sourcing and execution
Build, support and improve the key processes of the company
Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll need to succeed
You have a passion for strategy development and technology as well as a solid strategic and project management background. In addition:
You have 2-5 years of experience from a top-tier management consulting firm and/or internal strategy function. Topic experience within the area’s strategy, due diligence, digital, technology, sales, marketing and/or finance seen as an advantage
You have strong analytical mindset and project management experience
You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree with top 10% results – e.g., in business, engineering, economics or finance
You have strong competencies in Excel and PowerPoint

Fluent written and spoken English skills
