Student Assistant - Group Solutions, Group IT

We offer an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in our Headquarters in Ballerup (Copenhagen Area) where you will be part of Group Solutions in Group IT!
You will get the opportunity to work close with a team of IT System Managers and take on a variety of tasks, such as coordinating of team activities, application support and access management, and creation of technical support documentation.
A key part of the job is to collaborate and interact with multiple stakeholders across the IT and business.
You will work in average 15 hours a week. The job is highly flexible, and we will agree on the working hours together, so they fit with your studies.
Main objectives and tasks:
The main objective of this position is to support the team in Denmark where the tasks and responsibilities will change along the way. The initial tasks for the position will include tasks such as:
Application Access Management
Review and update technical support documentation
2nd level Application support
Planning and coordination of super-user community
Coordination of internal team meetings
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a profile, which has the following skill sets:
Organized with a flexible and adaptable approach
Has a desire to develop your skillset and take on responsibility
Strong communication skills
Self driven and outspoken
Curious and social
Company language is English. The successful applicant will have significant knowledge working with Teams/SharePoint and Power Point.
You have 2-3 years left of your studies within IT, Business Administration, Communication or similar. Knowledge within IT is not a prerequisite, and the most important thing is that you are structured, ambitious and know how to get things done.
