Support engineer to Codemill

About the role

As a support engineer you will be responsible for managing the support system and the first contact with Codemill’s customers when it comes to answering support matters. You will work together with developers and designers in different teams and your experienced colleagues will help you get started as well as support you in solving complex matters.

You are offered

This is a consultant assignment. You will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Codemill. This is a long term assignment and if all parts are satisfied you will then be offered to be recruited directly by Codemill.

Job duties

  • Manage support systems
  • Answer support matters
  • Help your colleagues develop new systems when the workload in the support is low.

We are looking for

  • A Bachelor Degree in Computer science or similar

  • You must be an experienced Linux user

  • Have a couple of years of work experience within IT

  • Excellent communication skills in English

As a person you are self-sufficient and have skills when it comes to development and troubleshooting.

It is a merit if you also have experience or skills within, Docker/Kubernetes, Nginx, AWS operations or REST APIs, but it is not a must.

  • Work extent: Full time

  • Working hours: 15.00-24.00
