Support Technician Copenhagen


In this role you'll be working with hands on support related to business software, desktop hardware and other IT related devices such as printers, deskphones, mobile phones. Examples of tasks below:

  • Support users in daily IT related issues

  • Perform account management tasks

  • Perform computer software hardware installations/problem solving

  • Perform remote support via phone/mail/remote management tools

What other tasks or projects might be considered at the department or company level?

  • Keep contact to corporate IT team

  • Take part actively in international IT projects

Being service-minded is of great importance and being able to prioritize/organize your work is very important.


  • Minimum 3 years in IT Support / IT Systems administration in a 30+ user environment

  • Experience on PC/Macintosh support

  • IT environment/network knowledge required

  • Microsoft Server and Active Directory and Office365 experience is an advantage

  • Good communication

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Must be able to work in an international team

  • Must be able to communicate frequently and clearly with internal/external stakeholders & users
