About the role

Swedbank is currently working on implementing a new audit system. During this autumn, they will need to download and archive data from the current audit system. The team who is working on this project is now seeking the support of 2 students who can help them with this project.

Job duties

As an IT-administrator on an assignment for Swedbank you will join the team in the office 1-2 times a week between 9.00-17.00. The team consist of three persons today and you will be working closely with the pointed coordinator for this project. Your tasks will for example include...

  • Review project lists to get an understanding of which projects and which data are to be processed

  • Search in the database and identify projects that need to be archived

  • Download and archive identified data and files

  • Create and structure data folders in a manner that makes it easy for data to be located and navigated

We are looking for A person who

  • Is studying at post-secondary level in areas such as economics, law or IT.

  • Has good knowledge within the Office 365 (Word, Excel)

  • Has basic IT-knowledge

  • Studies at least 50% and has at least 1 year left of your studies. Please note that you will not be eligible for the position if you are not studying.

  • Can work 2 days / week.

  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

  • Start: 24 augusti-20 december

  • Extent: Part-time, 1-2 days a week. 8-17.00
