As a Team manager you are responsible for efficient agile way of working in the Customer and Account team by ensuring right staffing, competence and team development. Together with your team and product owner you are responsible for both the daily delivery and the work towards ATG’s goal in creating the world’s most exciting gaming experience.
Managing the Customer and Account section will require that you work both operative and strategically and you will be given great responsibility for two teams that are currently in charge of developing systems related to customer tracking, CRM and responsible gaming.
Your daily work will consist of following:
- Ensure workforce planning according to short- and long-term needs
- Communicate clearly and create an environment where we listen to each other
- Lead development and learning through servant leadership and creating commitment
- Drive business development forward, work for the whole and with many perspectives
- Show courage in leadership by being open to innovation
- Set goals for teams and team members
- Lead and make decisions and drive the work towards set goals
- Recruit, develop and manage competences needed in the team
- Manage a budget
- On-board/off-board employees
- Ensure adequate staffing and competence for incident, problem and crisis management
- Have salary and PD talks
To succeed in this role
We like to see that you have strong leadership skills and you are not afraid to challenge others or to be challenged by others. As a leader you have strong people and stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate on all levels in a simple and clear way. When taking on this role as team manager you need to have a good understanding of IT therefore experience from similar position is necessary to fill in this role. Agile mindset, structure and solution orientation is key for success. You have an inner drive to satisfy customer needs therefore good cooperation and flexibility is a must. You have excellent skills in agile way of working and have experience of agile transformations.
Relevant academic degree (MSc or bachelor) or working experience that match the requirements.
