As a technical customer support agent you will continue to develop with a supportive leadership in a fun and various role!

As one of the members of the support team is moving on to a different position at Worldline, the team is now looking for a new coworker. The eight members have a strong team spirit which contributes to a fun work environment. You will enter into a role where you will have many internal collaborations with other teams at the office in Hammarby Sjöstad.

You are offered

  • Be the first point of contact to Wordline's clients through Atlassian’s systems

  • Conduct the first troubleshooting for technical issues

  • Coordinate more complex technical errands to the right division within Worldline

  • Continuously work with developing routines and procedures within your team

Vi söker dig som

  • Who has a post graduate exam within a relevant field, for example within ecomomics or IT

  • Who has a strong technical interest

  • Who has professional knowledge in English since this will be your primary work language

It will be considered an advantage if you have previous experience within service or the area of banking/finance. It will also be considered a plus if you are familiar with Atlassian’s systems.
