How does Customer needs, Developing Decentral Energy Solutions (DES) and Building a new business for Vattenfall sound? Interested in bringing those three together? Want to work with exploring new customer propositions and business models, keeping the end to end process in mind?

As a Web-editor within C&S Nordics we need youto develop the DES business together with our Team. Apart from running various projects and dealing with ad hoc assignments of various subject/scope, special focus for you would be within the area of

o Be our expert within the digital field – best practice, tools, WoW etc.
o Be responsible, develop, continuously improve and produce content for our web;
 Ensure creation of a “digital home” for the customer – organic traffic, educate and communicate with customers – incl copy, video and content. Done in close cooperation with other units.
 Analyze, conclude and take action based on result
 Develop & optimize the site for reaching max conversion (CRO) as well as increasing organic ranking with relevant keywords (SEO)
 Monitoring competitors and do bench-marking ensuring an excellent customer experience
 With support from others work with integrated and continuous A/B testing to ensure usage of data in decision making and continuous improvement

o Be a key player within our team with regards to Marketing Automation
 Build customer dialogues and campaigns (incl defining and extracting of relevant target groups) – create, monitor, optimize and report
 Measure performance of digital marketing campaigns and evaluate results vs objectives
 With support from others work with integrated and continuous A/B testing to ensure usage of data in decision making and continuous improvement

o Communication along the customer journey – B2C and B2B/SME – ensuring best customer experience
 Dialogues in CRM, eDr or other channels
 Write texts special focus for webb, design and copy texts, quotation designs, sales-letters etc.
 Campaigns and campaign concepts
 With support from others work with integrated and continuous A/B testing to ensure usage of data in decision making and continuous improvement

o Advert., SEO, SEM, develop dialogues for various target-groups etc.

Your qualifications
• Proven capability to transform a deep understanding of customers and their needs, into an engaging and motivating customer dialogue
• Academic degree within preferably communication//marketing and or minimum 5 years relevant working experience from a company with digital focus
• Excellent understanding of the opportunities in the rapidly emerging digital area
• Experience and proven track record in writing/copywriter
• Experience from working with various tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, EPI server, In Design and/or similar.
• Knowledge from Portrait and/or Hotjar is a plus
• Creative and analytical mindset
• Good understanding of the business logics in various business segments
• Fluent in English verbally and in writing – knowledge of Finish language is a plus!
